American traditions: The Groundhog day

One of the traditions that we look at in our project is Groundhog Day, which is celebrated on February 2 in the US. Tradition claims that, if the groundhog sees his shadow when he comes out of his hole, there will be six more weeks of winter; however, if he doesn't see his shadow, it seems like spring will come sooner .
